From the oldest brewery in the famed Niigata Prefecture, comes 'Yoshi' Special Premium - only available in Canada!  This junmai ginjo is clean and crisp, with delicate hints of light fruit and umami.  Aromas of marshmallow and apple lead the way to peach, cashews, and anise on the palate.  Pair 'Yoshi' with Shrimp Cocktail, Grilled Hot Dog, or Crab Bisque.
