The 45 to 55-year-old vines from the "En Carementrant" enjoy a full southern exposure at the foot of the majestic Roche de Vergisson cliff.
Entirely produced and aged in 228-litre casks for 11 months, this cuvee offers contained wood which makes way for flavours of white fruits, butter, almonds and white fruits. Proof that great class is not only found on Côte de Beaune.
