The expression, has aromas of rich honey sweetness layered on vanilla ice cream, the distillery says, and hints of dark chocolate and dried figs.  The subtle sherry aromas combined with citrus fruits and freshly washed peaches are brought out over time and leave a delicate, oaky lingering fragrance.

On the palate, the distillery says consumers can expect honey, sherried fruits, cinnamon, hints of espresso and fresh strawberries drizzled with cream. Soft-spiced sherry flavours linger on the tongue and create a smooth and exceptional finish.
