Nueveuno Anejo Tequila

Nueveuno Añejo Tequila is a Mexican tequila from the Valles (lowlands) subregion of Jalisco. It is produced by Agavero Unidos de Amatitán, S.A. de C.V.. The brand aims to produce a traditional, classic, and complex tequila with a focus on using 100% Blue Weber agave. The tequila is also certified kosher and is a confirmed additive-free spirit.

Description

This tequila has an amber colour with golden hues and is full-bodied. It is made from 100% organic agave that is cooked in stone/brick ovens and then distilled in stainless steel pot stills. It is aged for up to 18 months in used American white oak bourbon barrels. The aroma has delicate notes of orange peel, vanilla, caramel, and spices such as cinnamon and cloves. You can also find ripe fruit aromas like banana and mango, as well as notes of maple and cappuccino coffee. The palate is sweet and powerful, confirming the aromas achieved during the aging process. The finish is very long-lasting. This tequila is certified organic.
