Wine Description
This Cabernet Sauvignon displays a deep ruby colour with violet highlights. The nose is expressive, offering ripe blackberry, cassis, and dark cherry layered with notes of vanilla, tobacco, and a hint of spice from oak ageing. On the palate, it is medium to full-bodied with structured tannins and vibrant acidity, delivering flavours of blackcurrant, plum, and subtle chocolate. The finish is long, with savoury undertones and a touch of minerality. Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, this wine is best enjoyed now through 2028. Its style leans toward bold yet balanced, offering freshness and complexity.
