Product description
Introduction
1921 Tequila Crema Liqueur (also known as 1921 Crema de Tequila) is a gourmet cream liqueur from the country of Mexico, produced in the Jalisco Highlands (Los Altos). The brand, Casa 1921, was established in 1996 to promote Mexican culture through ultra-premium spirits; the name 1921 commemorates the final year of the Mexican Revolution. The liqueur is distinguished by its base of 100% Blue Weber agave 1921 Tequila Blanco, which is blended with dairy cream and traditional Mexican flavours.
Spirit Description
This liqueur is a silky fusion of premium tequila and smooth cream, often described as having a texture similar to a thick latte or a rich milkshake. It is gluten-free.
Production: The base tequila is made from estate-grown agave slow-cooked for 72 hours in masonry ovens, fermented with proprietary yeast, and double-distilled in stainless steel pot stills.
Colour: Creamy beige with a caramel or well-creamed coffee tone.
Aroma: Delicate and sweet with notes of fresh agave, coffee, vanilla, and cinnamon.
Palate: Velvety and moderately sweet. It features a prominent mix of coffee, vanilla, and cinnamon, followed by subtle hints of chocolate, roasted nuts, and the warm spice of unaged tequila.
Finish: Smooth and persistent with a lingering dessert-like aftertaste of coffee and caramel.
ABV: Bottled at 15% ABV.
