A must for your bar. This gin concocted in small batches is the result of a collaboration between Jerry “The Professor” Thomas, owner of a speakeasy in Rome, and the Antica Distilleria Quaglia, specialized in the production of vermouth and grappa.
With a nod to the “Old Tom” style, it is made from aromatics benefiting from cold infusion and gentle filtration. Thus, the essential juniper berry shares the dance floor with coriander, elderflower, vanilla and allspice. Slightly sweet, it is absolutely sublime on ice or dare it as a negroni.
