Whisky Description

The 2025 vintage presents a radiant golden hue, reminiscent of sunlit hay. The aromatic profile is complex and inviting, opening with sweet waves of caramelised apple, toffee fudge, and vanilla, which are gradually joined by delicate floral notes of lavender and freshly picked garden mint. On the palate, the whiskey is smooth and silky, revealing textured layers of sweet honeycomb, soft orchard fruits, and zesty citrus. These flavors are beautifully balanced by a gentle heat of white pepper and a hint of chilli oil, leading into a rich, lasting finish where the fruit notes slowly fade to leave a final impression of seasoned oak and pot still spices.
