The winery, established in 2010 by brothers Greg and Yannick Wertsch, is located in Niagara-on-the-Lake and operates with a philosophy of combining Old World traditions with New World innovation to create accessible and flavour-focused wines.

Our Story Charming White is a refreshing and fruit-forward blend that typically features Chardonnay, Riesling, Gewurztraminer, and Vidal grapes. It displays a vibrant sensory profile with aromas of citrus, orchard fruits, and pear, accompanied by subtle wet stone and mineral undertones. On the palate, the wine is plush and bright, offering flavours of lemon drops, ripe peach, and pear. This light and crisp white is categorized as very dry and maintains a refreshing character without oak aging. The ABV is 11.0%.
