Canada has been described as a desert for rum lovers but Bira! is changing all of that. Their first exclusive offering is a 12 year old pot still rum, aged entirely in the tropics. It's a blend of 9 casks. They did not colour nor is the rum chill filtered which makes it a pure and natural rum.
