Introduction

Hailing from Italy, this wine is produced in the Emilia Romagna region within the historic Predappio subregion. The Noelia Ricci project was launched in 2010 within the historic Tenuta Pandolfa estate, which has been in the Ricci family since 1941. Today, fourth-generation vintner Marco Cirese continues the vision of his grandmother, Noelia, focusing on a contemporary 'micro-cru' philosophy that honours local traditions and the unique calcareous clay soils of the Rabbi Valley.

Wine Description

This 100% Sangiovese presents a bright ruby red colour that reflects its classic, unmanipulated style. The bouquet is expressive and floral, featuring notes of red rose petals, hibiscus, and lavender alongside ripe red berries, cherry, and a hint of eucalyptus. On the palate, the wine is medium bodied and energetic, offering juicy flavours of Morello cherry, cassis, and raspberry complemented by savoury herbal undertones and a distinct salty mineral vein. It is defined by a fine, lithe tannic structure and a fresh, stinging acidity that ensures high drinkability.
