Cuvee Trianon (the flagship Cuvee of the Lemaire House) is a blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay. Matured in temperature controlled steel vats and the alcoholic fermentation is maintained by 16 degrees to preserve the wines delicate aromas. This champagne is our best awarded bottle.
Pale gold, crystal clear, pearlescent bubbles. Fresh youthful nose, yellow citrus flowers, orchard fruits with hints of fennel and cream, shortcake pastry. Charming fine mousse, fruit jelly, pear and a mature finish with brioche tone.
