Veuve Clicquot Rich is a unique take on Champagne, intentionally crafted to be mixed with fresh ingredients like citrus peel, cucumber, or tea. Pale gold in colour with persistent, fine bubbles, this wine is strikingly aromatic—expressing bright citrus, floral notes, and hints of tropical fruit. The palate is round, lightly sweet, and fresh, offering flavours of stone fruit, ripe pineapple, and a touch of minerality. It is medium-bodied with a smooth, lingering finish and a fine mousse. Comprised primarily of Pinot Noir (the house signature), blended with Chardonnay and Meunier, Veuve Clicquot Rich is approachable yet complex. Best enjoyed young and served over ice with garnishes to enhance its character.
