Wine Description

The Bonanza Cabernet Sauvignon displays a deep, dark ruby colour with a purple rim. The nose is expressive and inviting, offering aromas of luscious blackberries, dark cherries, and currants, complemented by subtle notes of vanilla, toasted oak, and a hint of dried herbs. On the palate, the wine is medium to full bodied and supple, delivering flavours of ripe dark fruit, blueberry jam, and cocoa with a touch of sweet spice. It is characterized by its velvety texture, balanced acidity, and a long, fruit forward finish with silky tannins. This wine is primarily Cabernet Sauvignon, often blended with small amounts of other red varietals to enhance its roundness. The ABV is typically 14.6%. The wine is not certified organic, and the optimal drinking window is within 1 to 5 years of release.
