Wine Description
The 2021 Mount Veeder Cabernet Sauvignon presents a deep ruby color. The nose offers expressive aromas of baking spices, cedar, fig, and black cherry. On the palate, notes of brooding red fruit are complemented by plush tannins, moderate acidity, and a long finish with hints of black tea and bramble. The wine was aged for 18 months in a combination of new French oak (54%), American oak (23%), and used oak (21%), contributing to its complexity and depth.
