Wine Description

This 1994 vintage single malt, bottled in Summer 2023 after nearly three decades of maturation, presents a deep amber colour. On the nose, layers of date syrup, honeyed malt, and orange-peel marmalade mingle with polished oak and hints of espresso crema. The palate is full-bodied and rich, delivering dark chocolate, malt loaf, treacle toffee, roasted hazelnuts, and clove-spiced caramel balanced by candied citrus zest. The finish is long, warming, and elegantly dry, leaving impressions of sherry-soaked fruitcake, oak tannins, and lingering vanilla sweetness.
