Wine Description
The nose opens with layers of dried figs, raisins, and subtle oak spice, joined by hints of leather and dark chocolate. The palate is rich and oily, balancing fruit sweetness with warming spice, candied peel, and a touch of nuttiness. Full-bodied with a long, warming finish, it lingers on notes of mature oak, dried fruit, and gentle herbal undertones. 

Food Pairing
This whisky’s sherried richness and warming spice pair beautifully with roasted duck, venison, or aged hard cheeses. For a sweeter match, try it alongside dark chocolate truffles or Christmas pudding.
