Product description
Bruichladdich, an esteemed distillery on Scotland's Isle of Islay, is renowned for its unpeated single malt whiskies. The 18-Year-Old expression, part of their "Luxury Redefined" series, exemplifies the distillery's dedication to craftsmanship and innovation.
Production and Maturation
Distilled in 2004, this whisky is crafted from the first crop of Islay barley. The majority of the spirit matured in ex-bourbon barrels, with a portion finished in ex-Sauternes and ex-Port casks. After 18 years of aging in Bruichladdich's Islay warehouses, the whisky was bottled at 50% ABV, without chill filtration or added coloring.
