Product description
The estate's history dates back to the 18th century and it was once a medieval fort, which is how it earned the name 'Camp Fortet' (little fort). Under the ownership of the Cuvelier family since 2001, led by Matthieu Cuvelier, the property is committed to expressing its unique limestone terroir through a blend of traditional methods and sustainable, often biodynamic, practices.
Wine Description
The complex aromatic profile includes notes of black cherries, blackberries, plums, rose petals, and violets, complemented by nuances of licorice, spice, crushed stone, and graphite. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, deep, and concentrated, yet maintains a vibrant sense of freshness. It is seamless and opulent, showcasing a captivating mix of textural richness and classic structure.
