The 2019 Kanonkop Cabernet Sauvignon presents a deep garnet colour with ruby edges. On the nose, it offers a complex bouquet of cassis, dark cherry, cigar box, and pencil shavings, underscored by hints of mint and dried herbs. The palate is full-bodied and structured, displaying layers of blackcurrant, plum, and cedar, supported by firm yet well-integrated tannins. A lingering finish reveals notes of dark chocolate and spice.
