This red wine originates from South Africa, produced in the Robertson region within the Western Cape. Arabella is a family owned and run business by the De Wet family, who have farmed the land in Ashton since the 1860s. The winery's name is a tribute to the Arabian horses that graze on the estate's pastures. Their winemaking philosophy centres on manual harvesting and careful vineyard management to produce top quality wines that faithfully reflect the unique calcium rich soils of the Robertson valley.

The Arabella Cabernet Sauvignon displays a deep ruby red colour with a vibrant hue. The nose is brimming with abundant blackcurrant aromas, complemented by subtle hints of cherry, baking spice, and cedar. On the palate, the wine is full bodied and juicy, delivering concentrated flavours of ripe plum and dark berries. It is characterized by its smooth texture, fine tannins, and a persistent finish with earthy and spicy undertones. This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon typically features an ABV ranging from 13.5% to 14% and is aged for 5 to 10 months in French oak to add softness and complexity.
