The distillery is renowned for being the first to use alkaline water in its production, a technique that brought a whirlwind of popularity due to the softer taste profile it provides.

Description

This flavoured soju, part of the Soonhari line, features a clear and colourless appearance. The aroma is fresh and fruity, dominated by natural, juicy peach scents. On the palate, it offers an exceptionally smooth and creamy texture with a refreshing, subtle sweetness that negates the typical sharpness of higher proof spirits. The finish is light and crisp, leaving a lingering fruit savor that is easy to drink. ABV 12%.
