For nearly 250 years, the distillation methods of Hacienda Corralejo have been preserved, refined, and developed by the local community into a tradition of tequila. From estate grown agave to estate bottling; great care is taken at each phase of production to ensure an impeccable high quality artisan product.
Light straw in the glass. Aromas of sweet vanilla, honey, spice, hints of oak with flavors of lemon-lime, peppercorn, honey, oak, agave. The palate is medium-bodied with a smooth, warm finish.
