Koch's origins go back to the time of the Mexican revolution, where the family of their partner and founder Carlos Moreno began to enter the world of mezcal. Today they continue to grow and are proud to collaborate with more than 52 producer families from 18 communities in the state of Oaxaca, thus having an international presence in more than 16 countries.
Subtle notes of fresh field herbs, and delicate touches of wood, sawdust, resin and pine. The palate reveals notes of jalapeño, wet stones, and citrus fruits. On the mid palate, herbaceous flavors and black pepper, at the end a slight flavor of smoked meat, with medium persistence.
