Plantation Barbados 10 Year

Aged for 4 years in Bourbon casks. The Brooklyn Black Ops cask was chosen for its tasty notes calling forth cocoa nibs, coffee and a rich, mellow underpinning of vanilla-like oak.

Nose: Fresh and fruity on citrus, almond, plum, vanilla and coconut.

Palate:Round, it offers a sweeter profile on peach, caramel, cream, pear and chocolate.
