92 Points - Robert Parker's Wine Advocate
Mario Bollag's 2015 Brunello di Montalcino (the estate name is Terralsole) shows good balance and intensity with tart cherry and cassis backed by spice, tar, licorice and dark smoky tones. The 2015 vintage brings out a lot of dark fruit intensity with power and dense richness as well. This wine is a classic example from the vintage and a good choice for an herb-crusted pork roast. It offers good structure with integrated tannins. Some 17,100 bottles were made.
