Prima Pietra is one of the great wines produced at Tenuta Prima Pietra, a winery in Riparbella, a small town on the Tuscan coast. This Super Tuscan originates from the high potentials of this particular terroir, a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. Prima Pietra is a rich and complex wine with unique complexity and persistence.

This blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Petit Verdot is direct and sharp in this vintage, and it's a bit more profound in terms of the bouquet. It would nicely accompany an elegant platter of cheeses and charcuterie while sitting by the fire.
