Wine Description

This red wine displays a deep, saturated plum and dark ruby-purple appearance in the glass with soft crimson reflections. It possesses a medium-to-full-bodied, svelte, and harmonious structure defined by a silky, fine-grained, and cashmere-like texture. The sensory profile is remarkably precise, vivid, and elegant, opening with signature Lafite aromas of lead pencil shavings (graphite), cedarwood, freshly rolled tobacco, and mint, interwoven with sweet cassis, blackberry, and subtle dried floral notes. On the svelte palate, it delivers a focused stream of blackcurrant and red berry fruit, supported by a lively natural acidity and fine, well-behaved tannins. The finish is remarkably long, graceful, and clean, leaving a lingering, truffle-tinged aftertaste touched with spice and earth.
