The 2023 Domaine de l'Enclos Chablis 'Montmains' Premier Cru displays a clear, light gold colour with greenish highlights. The aromatic profile is intense and seductive, featuring notes of green apple, ripe stone fruits, and citrus, underscored by flinty minerality and saline iodine. On the palate, the wine is medium bodied and firm, offering a crisp acidity that highlights flavours of lemon, lime, and fresh quince. It is characterized by its opulent yet vertical structure and a long, elegant finish marked by stony minerality. This 100% Chardonnay is certified organic and aged for 13 months on its lees in both oak barrels and stainless steel. The ABV is 13%, and its optimal drinking window is from 2026 through 2035.
