undador Brandy is a distinguished Spanish brandy produced by Bodegas Fundador, the oldest winery in Jerez de la Frontera, Spain, established in 1730. Introduced in 1874, Fundador holds the distinction of being the first Spanish brandy to be marketed under the designation "Brandy de Jerez." This brandy is crafted from Airén and Palomino grapes, distilled in Tomelloso, and aged using the traditional solera system in sherry-seasoned oak casks, imparting its unique character.
Colour: Deep amber with golden highlights, reflecting its extended aging process.
Aroma: An expressive bouquet featuring notes of vanilla, toasted almonds, and dried fruits, complemented by subtle hints of oak and caramel.
Palate: Smooth and well-balanced, offering flavors of rich toffee, dried figs, and a touch of spice, leading to a warm, lingering finish.
