G4 Tequila Blanco

G4 Tequila Blanco is an unaged artisanal spirit originating from the Highland region of Los Altos in Jalisco, Mexico. The brand is produced at the renowned El Pandillo distillery under the ownership of the Camarena family, who represent a century-long, fourth-generation legacy of traditional tequila fabrication. Master Distiller Felipe Camarena is celebrated for combining deeply traditional methods with custom-engineered, eco-friendly distillery innovations.

Spirit Description

G4 Blanco is made from 100% estate-grown blue Weber agave cooked in traditional stone ovens for 22 hours. Instead of using a traditional volcanic stone wheel, the agave is crushed by a custom-built mechanical shredder nicknamed "Felipone". The defining element of G4 is its water source: it is proofed using a unique 50/50 blend of collected rainwater and natural spring water, capturing a pure Highland terroir.

• Colour: Crystal clear, bright, and luminescent.

• Aroma: Highly expressive and crisp. The nose is dominated by incredibly clean cooked agave, a profound wave of fresh rain on hot pavement (petrichor), wet stones, bright lime zest, and intense white pepper.

• Palate: Crisp, vibrant, and incredibly agave-forward. Upfront notes of sweet roasted agave and vegetal green pepper blend seamlessly into a mineral-heavy mid-palate, complemented by notes of citrus peel and subtle anise.

• Body: Medium-bodied with a beautiful natural oiliness that coats the throat cleanly, lacking the harsh burn found in mass-produced tequilas.

• Finish: Long, crisp, and drying, leaving a powerful signature kick of cracked black pepper and lingering agave sweetness.

• ABV: Bottled at 40% (80 Proof).
