Hahn Family Wines is a family-owned-and-operated winery founded by Swiss-born couple Nicky and Gaby Hahn, who first arrived in the Santa Lucia Highlands (an appellation within Monterey County) in the late 1970s. Nicky Hahn was a key figure in establishing the Santa Lucia Highlands as an official American Viticultural Area (AVA) in 1991, highlighting the family's decades-long commitment to showcasing the potential of the cool-climate Monterey terroir.
Wine Description
Aromas of apple, citrus and tropical fruit with hints of vanilla and honey. Bright acidity welcomes the palate leading to a perfect flavour combination of peach, lemon and pineapple, culminating in a lingering, clean finish.
