Domaine Michel Mallard et Fils Aloxe Corton 2018

Prevailing over the charming village of Aloxe, the hill of Corton commands the entire appellation. Corton is the only Grand Cru for Pinot Noir in the entire Cote de Beaune. These vineyards cover the southeast face of the hill of Corton where soils are rich in red chalk, clay and marl.

With aromas of black cherries, berries and Morello cherries, this Aloxe-Corton is a delight from the first moments of tasting. The texture is velvety and the tannins perfectly integrated, for a 100% pleasurable cuvee to be enjoyed now or kept in the cellar for a few more years.
