It is produced by SakéOne, America's first successful craft sake brewery, which was founded in 1992 and began brewing its own labels in 1997. Under the guidance of Brewmaster Takumi Kuwabara, the brewery utilizes natural spring water from the Oregon Coastal Range and exclusive Calrose rice grown in California's Sacramento Valley to craft this innovative infusion.

This sake presents a clear appearance and features a fresh, fruit forward sensory profile. It offers a pronounced aroma of fresh Asian pear, apricot, and a hint of slate. On the palate, it is delicately sweet and smooth, showcasing flavours of ripe pear, green melon, and agave syrup balanced by a crisp Ginjo character. The body is light to medium with a polished mouthfeel, leading to a smooth and lightly dry finish.
