Umani Ronchi is a family-owned estate founded in 1957, with vineyards stretching across Marche and Abruzzo. Now led by the Bernetti family, the winery is renowned for its focus on indigenous grapes and sustainable farming practices, playing a key role in reviving native varietals such as Pecorino.

Wine Description
This Pecorino presents a pale straw-yellow colour with greenish reflections. The nose opens with fragrant notes of citrus, stone fruit, and white flowers, layered with hints of herbs and almond. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, fresh, and vibrant, showing flavours of lemon zest, pear, and peach, with a saline mineral edge and creamy texture from lees ageing. The finish is long and balanced, leaving a subtle nutty and mineral impression.
