Yusa is a wonderfully balanced junmai ginjo sake with aromas of melon, orange blossom, and ripe pear. It has a gently sweet creamy touch, flavours of toasted nuts and taffy, leading to a mild clean finish. Great pairings for this sake include steamed clams, grilled pork chop, and garlic butter scallops.
