• The Limestone Plateau: Situated just steps from the historic village of Saint-Émilion, the estate’s 22 hectares of vineyards sit atop a top-tier limestone plateau with clay subsoils. This unique geological setup provides exceptional natural water regulation, imparting a signature chalky minerality, vibrant acidity, and weightless concentration to the wine.

• Merlot & Cabernet Franc Harmony: The vineyard is planted predominantly with Merlot (approx. 70%) and Cabernet Franc (approx. 30%). While the Merlot brings plush black cherry, plum, and cocoa, the Cabernet Franc adds vital structure, floral perfume, and subtle herbaceous undertones.

• The Chanel Era Refinement: Under the direction of managing director Nicolas Audebert, the winemaking regime focuses on gentle extraction, preservation of bright fruit, and aging in 50% new French oak, creating a style that avoids over-ripeness in favor of balance and precision.

• Croix Canon: The estate’s dedicated second wine, sourced from specific vineyard plots surrounding a historic 12th-century chapel. Crafted with the same exacting standards, Croix Canon is fruit-forward, supple, and accessible within 3 to 10 years of release.
