These deep, well-draining gravel beds radiate daytime heat into the vines at night, creating an exceptional microclimate that allows late-ripening Cabernet varieties to reach flawless phenolic maturity:

• 35% Cabernet Sauvignon: Provides firm backbone, muscular tannic structure, and deep, dark fruit notes of cassis, graphite, and tobacco.
