The 2023 Dr. H. Thanisch Riesling Feinherb is a 100% Riesling crafted in an off-dry style, showcasing the Mosel's signature elegance and minerality. Harvested early at Kabinett-level ripeness, the grapes are sourced from steep, slate-rich slopes, imparting a distinctive flinty character to the wine. In the glass, it presents a deep golden hue. The nose is vibrant with aromas of peach, pear, cumquat, watermelon, currant, grapefruit, and subtle hints of gooseberry and raspberry.
