Ommeggang Brewery also uses grain combinations of ginger, star anise, paradise, coriander, orange peel and cumin. Water that comes from the three wells of Lynes farm where the brewery was built is the main source of water. Ommegang Brewery takes pride in meticulous and patient brewing process for delivering fine quality of beers.
