Ommegang Brewery is a Belgian brewery located in Cooperstown, New York. The brewery is known for its Belgian-style ales specialty. With that said, Ommegang Brewery only produces ale beers and nothing else. Slovenian, German and American hops are used for bitter flavors. The brewery emphasizes the use of barley malt that comes from Belgium, Germany, and within the country. Ommeggang Brewery also uses grain combinations of ginger, star anise, paradise, coriander, orange peel and cumin. Water that comes from the three wells of Lynes farm where the brewery was built is the main source of water. Ommegang Brewery takes pride in meticulous and patient brewing process for delivering fine quality of beers.
