Vintage Quality

The 2022 vintage in Bolgheri was defined by a long, dry period lasting about 75 days, which presented a significant challenge to the vines. The vines experienced water stress, leading to a low-yield vintage. Fortunately, late-summer rainfall reactivated the vines, and cool night temperatures in September were perfect for the accumulation of sugar, aromas, and tannins.
