Made from the fermentation of virgin sugar cane honey, partly distilled in copper and partly in steel, which gives the Rum a medium bodied texture.
On the nose, the Rum is intense with notes of caramel, honey, and lightly roasted coffee.
On the palate it offers flavours of caramel, cocoa, honey, and coffee. A soft and round feel in the mouth, it has a light oaky finish.
