Product description
Hand picked grapes that are selected with care during the harvest as well as during the destemming process. Harvest started at the end of August with the Merlot, followed by the Cabernet Franc, ending with the Cabernet Sauvignon at the end of September.
Currant and fresh-herb aromas with hints of grilled vegetables. Medium to full body. Juicy center-palate with a chewy finish. Structured and tannic, yet the centre-palate is fresh.
