Wine Description
This 2023 Chardonnay presents a brilliant pale gold colour in the glass. The nose opens with layered aromas of crisp apple, ripe peach, lemon zest, and subtle floral notes, interwoven with undertones of vanilla, baking spice, and a touch of toasted oak. On the palate, it is medium bodied with a creamy texture and vibrant acidity, revealing flavours of stone fruit, green apple, and hints of honey and hazelnut.
Food Pairing
This Chardonnay is a versatile partner to food, pairing beautifully with pan-seared scallops, roasted chicken with herbs, creamy pasta primavera, or brie and triple cream cheeses.
