The nose is fresh, fruity, and precise and offers a small concentration. It reveals notes of peach, pear and small notes of quince associated with touches of honeysuckle, a racy minerality as well as hints of celery, lemon, very discreet hints of lemon flowers and sweet spices.
The palate is fruity, well-balanced, full of precision/finesse and a beautiful finesse of the fat, suavity as well as energy/dynamism, and tension. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of lemon, small notes of quince associated with touches of peach flowers, verbena, and honeysuckle as well as a discreet hint of anise seed, a racy minerality and toasted oak.
