Tasting Notes: This Haut-Medoc wine exhibits a deep ruby color and offers aromas of concentrated blackberry fruits, complemented by notes of praline and floral hints. On the palate, it is characterized by a rich and tight tannic structure, with silky and fine tannins. The wine is refreshing, supported by pleasant acidity, with subtle wood and chocolate notes emerging, leading to a smooth, elegant finish.

Serving Suggestions: Serve at 16-18°C (60-64°F). This wine pairs excellently with beef, lamb, poultry, and game dishes.
-
Winemaking: The grapes are sourced from vines planted in deep gravelly soils, managed with high-density plantings and strict vineyard practices to maintain low yields and high-quality fruit. The estate avoids the use of chemical herbicides and pesticides, adhering to organic farming principles. The wine undergoes fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, followed by aging in French oak barrels to enhance its complexity and aging potential.
