Elio Sandri is a small, organic-certified producer, or 'boutique grower,' located in Monforte d’Alba, home to the Cascina Disa estate. The winery maintains an ultra-traditional, low-intervention philosophy that results in elegant, terroir-driven wines.

Wine Description

The Elio Sandri Langhe Nebbiolo displays a brilliant ruby red colour that can evolve into a garnet hue within a year. The aromatic profile is lovely, bright, and nuanced with notes of crushed flowers, mint, tobacco, spice, and cedar. Other common aromas include rose, liquorice, and wild cherry. On the palate, the wine is elegant and structured, with a velvety texture, showing flavours of bold cherry, spice, and liquorice.
