Wine Description
This Sauvignon Blanc pours a pale yellow with green highlights. The nose is aromatic and expressive, offering scents of white flowers, citrus zest, elderflower, and subtle tropical fruit. On the palate, it is supple and lively, marked by flavours of grapefruit, lemon, and passionfruit, with hints of blackcurrant bud and fresh herbs. The wine is medium-bodied with crisp acidity and a clean, mineral-driven finish that lingers gracefully.

Ideal with goat cheeses such as Valençay or Selles-sur-Cher, this wine also complements seafood dishes — from oysters and shrimp to grilled white fish — and vegetable-forward plates like asparagus risotto or zucchini carpaccio.
