The nose is rich and layered, offering notes of dark cherry, blackcurrant, dried herbs, leather, and tobacco, interwoven with hints of vanilla and sweet spices from oak aging. On the palate, it is full-bodied and structured, with ripe tannins and vibrant acidity supporting flavours of red plum, balsamic, and forest floor. The finish is long and savoury, with a firm mineral backbone.
