Paul Jaboulet Aîné, established in 1834, is a renowned winery in the Rhône Valley, France. The 'Parallèle 45' Côtes du Rhône derives its name from the 45th parallel north, which runs just south of the winery's cellars. This latitude is often associated with the production of exceptional wines.
Wine Description
'Parallèle 45' is a blend of 53% Grenache, 37% Syrah, 5% Mourvèdre, 3% Marselan, and 2% Carignan. In the glass, it exhibits a deep garnet-red hue. The nose is expressive and rich, offering aromas of ripe red fruits such as strawberry and raspberry, complemented by floral and spicy notes.
